Cyber Strategy & Transformation Tech Lead

About the role

Deloitte Innovation Hub is seeking a Cyber Strategy and Transformation Tech Lead to join its Cairo team. You will work on high‑impact cybersecurity projects, helping clients design and implement robust security strategies that align with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of cybersecurity strategies, operating models, and governance frameworks tailored to client needs.
• Participate in client workshops and strategic discussions to assess current‑state maturity and identify transformation opportunities.
• Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that articulate cybersecurity transformation strategies and value propositions.
• Conduct research and market analysis to stay ahead of emerging cyber risks, technologies, regulatory trends, and best practices.
• Create strategic materials such as transformation roadmaps, executive reports, awareness content, and training assets.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing cybersecurity strategies and advising clients on security transformation.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to translate complex security concepts into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and presentation development.
