Digital Marketing & CRM Growth Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing & CRM Growth Executive will lead the company’s online presence, generate qualified leads and support the commercial team through strategic social media, CRM tagging and off‑page SEO activities. The role combines content creation, lead management and retargeting to drive growth in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all company social media platforms, develop monthly content plans aligned with commercial objectives, and create engaging captions, posts and campaign messages.
• Coordinate visual content creation with designers or using available tools, and monitor comments, messages and inquiries, ensuring proper capture in the CRM.
• Organise incoming leads in the CRM, maintain a clear tagging structure (source, service interest, lead stage, temperature, action required) and keep lead information up‑to‑date.
• Clean and segment older lead databases for re‑activation campaigns, supporting the commercial team with accurate lead status.
• Identify inactive or unconverted leads, segment them, and craft retargeting messages for WhatsApp, email, SMS and social media.
• Track retargeting results, improve messaging based on response rates and hand over qualified leads to sales with clear context.
• Collaborate regularly with sales and business development to understand conversion challenges and provide feedback on lead quality.
• Research backlink opportunities, submit the company to relevant directories and coordinate guest‑posting or listing initiatives to boost off‑page SEO.
