Document Controller & Sales Coordinator

About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Document Controller and Sales Coordinator to support its Sales and Presales teams. You will act as the bridge between customers, internal departments and the sales pipeline, ensuring smooth operations and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full administrative and operational support to Sales and Presales teams.
• Coordinate meetings with customers and prospects, follow up on proposals and confirm contracts.
• Prepare sales presentations, reports and required documentation.
• Assist in tender preparation, including legal documents and bid management.
• Liaise between clients and internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales data and customer information.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends and leads.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Follow up on invoices, deliveries and customer requests.
• Assist in organizing trade shows and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with CRM systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
