Dynamics CRM Developer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Dynamics CRM Developer with 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics Customer Engagement. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining CRM solutions that extend the Power Platform’s capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CE.
• Design and implement custom plugins, workflows, and business logic using C# and .NET.
• Create dynamic, responsive UI components with JavaScript and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).
• Build and manage API integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Extend Power Platform by developing custom controls and reusable components.
• Customize forms, entities, dashboards, views, and business processes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects while ensuring performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CE.
• Strong expertise in C#/.NET, JavaScript, and PowerApps Component Framework.
• Experience developing custom plugins and API integrations (REST, Web Services).
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, entities, workflows, and business process automation.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, Dynamics 365 SDK, Azure services, Power Automate, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
