About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Educational Advisor to join our team in Cairo. In this telesales‑focused position you will help students continue their learning journey while contributing to the growth of our business.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to drive course renewals and improve retention.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents through regular follow‑ups.
- Monitor student progress and recommend appropriate renewal plans.
- Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Provide after‑sales support to ensure long‑term engagement.
- Conduct IOR classes (student revision and support sessions) to reinforce learning.
- Use progress insights to confidently drive renewal conversations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or customer success.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Capability to simplify information and support student understanding.
- Target‑driven, motivated, and results‑oriented mindset.
- Positive attitude with strong ownership and resilience.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary plus attractive commission.
- Full‑time onsite role with a schedule from Sunday to Thursday (12 pm–9 pm) and Saturday (12 pm–4 pm).
