Enablement & Growth Specialist

About the role

Rivet Revenue Lab is seeking a proactive Enablement & Growth Specialist to drive member success across its remote community of revenue professionals in MENA. You will own the member journey, curate learning experiences, and activate high‑value networking opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new and existing members through the community, ensuring they extract maximum value from resources and events.
• Design and deliver interactive micro‑learning modules, peer‑coaching sessions, and AI‑driven insights.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies that boost conversations, participation, and overall activity.
• Anticipate member challenges, identify professionals in transition, and support their career objectives.
• Facilitate strategic connections between members to foster collaborations and industry knowledge sharing.
• Manage community workflows, event planning, and digital tools to enhance the member experience.
• Collaborate on compelling communications, announcements, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

• Experience in community building, enablement, or revenue leadership.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Confident engaging with sales, customer success, and RevOps leaders.
