English Cold Caller – Remote Telemarketer (Night Shifts)

About the role

We are looking for English‑speaking remote telemarketers to join our night‑shift team. As a Cold Caller you will contact prospects, introduce our services and generate qualified leads for the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls during fixed night shifts following a prepared script.
• Identify potential customers, qualify leads and record accurate call information.
• Achieve daily and monthly lead targets as defined by the KPI system.
• Participate in a 4‑day paid online training program and attend regular performance reviews.
• Maintain a professional telephone etiquette and adhere to data‑privacy guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
• Willingness to work fixed night‑shift hours and accept scheduled days off.
• No prior telemarketing experience required; high motivation and a results‑oriented mindset are essential.

Required skills

• English language proficiency.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM or lead‑tracking tools.
• Ability to follow scripts and meet performance metrics.
