English Customer Support Agent – Morning Shift (Outbound)

About the role

The English Customer Support Agent is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Qesm El Maadi. You will handle incoming customer inquiries in English via phone, email and chat, delivering accurate information and timely resolutions. The role requires maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction while following company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email and live chat in English.
• Troubleshoot basic service issues and document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow established procedures and service level agreements to ensure timely resolutions.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors and collaborate with team members to improve processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer support and service skills with a professional, empathetic attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and active listening abilities.
• Basic troubleshooting capability and ability to follow standard resolution steps.
• Previous experience in call centers, BPO or other customer‑facing roles is beneficial.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
• Basic computer literacy.
