Factory Supervisor – Production Operations Lead

About the role

JNOD Industrial Egypt is seeking a hands‑on Factory Supervisor to own daily shop‑floor activities and drive continuous production flow. This is a full‑time, on‑site position reporting directly to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory operations to ensure smooth, efficient production.
• Lead, discipline and motivate the blue‑collar workforce to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Act as the communication bridge between Chinese management and the Egyptian workforce.
• Support industrial zone and government inspections and coordinate with external partners such as accounting, legal and tax.
• Identify and resolve real‑time production risks, delays and workforce issues, providing solutions to management.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in factory supervision or production coordination, preferably in home appliances or similar manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and practical compliance experience.
• Proven leadership of blue‑collar teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Fluent Arabic and good command of English.
• Startup mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch.
• Strong on‑site presence and discipline.
