Field Director – Funeral Services

About the role

SOKNA is a fast‑growing start‑up that modernises funeral services in Egypt. As a Field Director you will be the frontline representative at partner hospitals, supporting families during their most difficult moments and ensuring seamless execution of funeral logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for families in partner hospitals, addressing their needs promptly and compassionately.
• Plan, lead and execute daily funeral services with a small on‑site team, coordinating all logistical steps.
• Communicate service requests and updates to the Account Executive, ensuring accurate information flow.
• Prepare and complete all required paperwork, forms and concise service notes.
• Handle payments and service accounting with relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff and other partners, clearly conveying SOKNA’s mission and values.

Required profile

• High level of integrity, empathy and passion for helping families in loss.
• Strong organisational and detail‑oriented mindset, able to work under pressure while maintaining standards.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Reliable, punctual and professionally presentable.
• Team‑player with solid coordination abilities.
