Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Cairo office. The role will lead financial planning, reporting and budgeting activities, providing strategic insights to senior leadership. You will ensure compliance, optimise cash flow and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial plans.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports for senior management.
• Monitor cash flow, investments and working capital to maintain liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards and audit requirements.
• Analyse financial performance, identify cost‑saving opportunities and support strategic decision‑making.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; Master’s degree or certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in multinational or diversified industries.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
