Financial Manager – Finance Operations & Banking Lead

About the role

InfoPlot Consulting seeks a Financial Manager to own day‑to‑day financial operations and act as the company’s external financial representative. You will combine hands‑on financial management with strategic decision‑making, guiding investments, financing, and partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily financial activities, cash flow, and transactions.
• Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements and tax filings.
• Represent the company before banks, commercial chambers, and official bodies.
• Review contracts for financial and commercial risk.
• Develop buy‑vs‑lease, ROI, and feasibility studies for management.
• Secure and manage financing and funding facilities.
• Maintain partner and shareholder relations, including dividend distribution.
• Support alliances with financial modelling and due‑diligence.
• Run the company’s financial processes on Odoo ERP.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager or equivalent senior finance role.
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP (no certification required).
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to work with banks and secure funding.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Nice to have: CMA, CPA, ACCA or similar qualification; consulting or professional services background; experience structuring partnerships or joint ventures; additional language skills.
