French‑Speaking Customer Service Representative (B2‑C1)

About the role

iQor is looking for a French‑speaking customer service representative to join its New Cairo contact centre. You will handle both inbound and outbound interactions in French, providing accurate information, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and initiate calls/emails in French (B2‑C1 level).
• Document each interaction in the CRM system and follow established procedures.
• Escalate complex cases to senior agents or supervisors.
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets (quality, speed, resolution).
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes.
• Work in scheduled shifts, adhere to compliance standards and participate in ongoing training.

Required profile

• Strong French proficiency (B2‑C1) with clear speaking, reading and writing.
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Customer‑service mindset: active listening, empathy and problem‑solving.
• Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in New Cairo and adapt to shift schedules.

Required skills

• Typing proficiency.
• Experience with CRM or contact‑center systems.
