About the role
The Front Office – Tahseen program is a 12‑18 month hospitality leadership development initiative in partnership with Cornell University. Participants will rotate through guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales, and operations to build a comprehensive understanding of hotel management. The program aims to increase local nationals' engagement in the rapidly growing hospitality sector.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement accounting tasks and property audits across all operational areas.
- Analyze guest feedback, comment cards, and satisfaction data to identify improvement opportunities and drive service enhancements.
- Support the development and execution of operational strategies that align with brand objectives and monitor performance against budget.
- Conduct regular walk‑throughs, ensure preventive maintenance processes are in place, and verify that all areas meet service standards.
- Provide proactive, professional customer service, promptly address guest concerns, and maintain clear communication with internal teams.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least four years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales, marketing, or related operations; OR
- A two‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience.
