Governance, Risk & Compliance Officer

About the role

The Governance, Risk & Compliance Officer will support Dkhoon Al Emiratia by ensuring that all legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements are met across the organisation. The role combines contract management, policy oversight and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse legal issues affecting the organisation.
• Draft, negotiate and review contracts and agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Optimise contract processes including revision, consolidation, issuance and signing.
• Examine legal implications of new products, services and business contracts.
• Design and maintain company policies and procedures in line with local labour codes.
• Mitigate legal risk by ensuring compliance with contractual language and internal procedures.
• Conduct audit checks on the code of conduct and departmental SOPs.
• Develop, update and align SOPs with organisational goals, industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest SOPs and conduct regular compliance audits.

Required profile

• Highly detail‑oriented, motivated and organised individual.
• Strong writing and editing abilities.
• Experience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for multiple departments.
• Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the GCC region.
