Guest Experience Assistant – Venue Host

About the role

As a Guest Experience Assistant (Venue Host) you will be the face of the venue, creating an energetic, welcoming and safe environment for all visitors. You will move throughout the venue, helping guests enjoy activities, games and services while ensuring smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, explain activities, cards and wristbands.
• Assist guests with games, queues and iPad sales, providing guidance and resolving simple issues.
• Support gameplay, escalating technical faults when necessary.
• Inspect the venue between sessions, reporting any damage or safety concerns.
• Promote positive interactions and enforce safety and conduct standards.
• Cover busy areas and queues, ensuring all zones remain staffed.
• Maintain a clean, safe and energetic atmosphere throughout the venue.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English.
• Friendly, confident and outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, social environment.
• Flexible and willing to support different areas of the venue.
• Positive, proactive attitude towards helping guests.
• Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, leisure or customer service is a plus.
