About the role
The Guest Experience Expert at Le Méridien in Cairo International Airport ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay. You will be the primary point of contact, guiding visitors through check‑in, stay, and departure while delivering personalized service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of guest services, from answering inquiries to offering local area highlights.
- Process operational tasks such as check‑in, check‑out, and incident reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and accurately, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment, adhering to company policies.
- Perform physical duties including standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety, confidentiality, and quality standards.
