Head of Admissions – Alexandria

About the role

This senior position leads the admissions function at Alexandria International School, reporting to the Head of School and the Regional Head of Admissions. The role drives student enrolments, builds relationships with prospective families, and uses data strategically to meet ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise prospective families on the school’s value proposition and manage the full admissions funnel from lead generation to enrolment.
• Design and deliver open days, recruitment events (virtual and on‑site) and admissions meetings while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with feeder schools, nurseries, universities, education agents and local organisations.
• Monitor lead generation, set recruitment and retention targets, and produce data‑driven reports for senior leadership.
• Lead, coach and organise the admissions team, establishing clear goals and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Fluent Italian (written and spoken) with working knowledge of English.
• Experience in commercial service sectors, preferably education, with strong analytical and data‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
