Head of Key User Manager AF

About the role

Robert Bosch Egypt is seeking a dynamic leader to head the Key User Management function for the Automotive Aftermarket division. You will drive customer acquisition, manage tender processes, and ensure our product portfolio meets market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Create and nurture relationships with consultants to uncover project opportunities and contractor networks.
• Assess each customer's potential by evaluating project numbers and budgets.
• Build a strong client network and conduct technical and financial comparisons against competitors.
• Define optimal product portfolios, price offers, and discounts in alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Plan coverage using weekly plans and daily reports to maintain high market visibility.
• Prepare and submit tenders, providing necessary inputs on deliveries and payments.
• Deliver safety training, product demonstrations, and support dealer sales activities.
• Propose on‑site application solutions and analyze reasons for lost projects to improve future bids.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and verbal) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Deep understanding of market trends, competition, and customer behavior in the KUM business.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a strategic, long‑term perspective.
