Head of Operations (Remote, Egypt)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Operations to shape and run the operating engine of our fast‑growing B2B SaaS business. This is a build‑it role where you will design, implement and own the processes, people and technology that keep the company delivering world‑class products to global sports brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and institutionalise the operating model, clarifying roles, responsibilities and processes across all product lines.
• Scale hiring, line‑manage teams and place talent where it can excel.
• Control spend on SaaS, AI and cloud services, negotiating contracts and eliminating waste.
• Ensure flawless delivery for high‑impact client events such as finals and major tournaments.
• Drive AI‑first operations, automating repeatable processes and embedding AI into daily workflows.
• Act as the execution partner for founders, spotting gaps, defining solutions and delivering outcomes without micromanagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operations in a high‑growth technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong track record of building teams, scaling processes and managing budgets.
• Ability to work autonomously, make decisions quickly and hold teams accountable.
• Passion for sports and familiarity with the media/entertainment ecosystem is a plus.
