HR & Administration Senior Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR & Administration Senior Executive to support the rapid growth of 3Dimension, a leading exhibition‑stand design and construction firm. You will drive recruitment, manage HR operations, and oversee daily administrative functions to ensure smooth business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, performance appraisals, and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal policies.
• Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
• Oversee day‑to‑day administrative operations, office records, and filing systems.
• Coordinate office supplies, administrative purchases, and support management reporting.
• Liaise with Finance for payroll preparation and employee documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in construction, interior fit‑out, exhibitions, manufacturing, or project‑based companies.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and Egyptian Labor Law.
• Excellent communication, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently.
