HR Business Partner – AMZL Transportation

About the role

Join Amazon's HR team as an HR Business Partner supporting the AMZL Transportation network. You will work on‑site at a delivery station, partnering with operations leaders to boost employee engagement, develop talent, and ensure a high‑quality last‑mile experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the HR plan across AMZL Transportation delivery stations.
• Provide pragmatic, commercial, and employee‑focused advice to the last‑mile operations team.
• Drive employee engagement, manage change, and retain motivated delivery associates and station staff.
• Collaborate on national HR projects and support hourly employee groups.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HR experience in an international, fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment.
• Knowledge of local labor law.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's preferred).
• Experience supporting hourly employee groups and managing teams of 250‑500+ associates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience using HR Information Systems.
