About the role
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support our HR Manager in delivering key HR functions across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and learning initiatives. This role offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving environment while contributing to the overall employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day operations of the HR department.
- Support the full recruitment cycle: source candidates, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Draft and send offer letters, contracts, and related documentation.
- Facilitate onboarding activities, collect required paperwork, and organize new‑hire orientations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and keep HR databases up‑to‑date.
- Prepare HR reports such as recruitment metrics and employee information.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and morale‑boosting events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of HR laws and labor regulations in Egypt, U.A.E., KSA, and China is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
