A factory located in Borg El Arab, Alexandria is actively seeking an HR Personnel Team Leader with a minimum of 8 years of experience. The role is tailored for corporate and industrial environments where managing employee records, government relations, payroll inputs, and labor compliance is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Personnel Records Oversight: manage Form 1, Form 6, birth certificates, qualifications, and military service status.
• Labor Office Relations: act as primary point of contact with local labor offices, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contract Administration: direct drafting, renewal, and termination of employment contracts in accordance with local labor laws.
• Attendance Management: supervise daily shift tracking, fingerprint logs, leave approvals, and absenteeism monitoring for office and floor staff.
• Payroll Preparation: validate monthly payroll variables such as overtime, deductions, unpaid leaves, penalties, and statutory deductions before submission.
• Exit Processing: manage off‑boarding workflow, calculate final settlements, handle social insurance cancellations, and ensure clearance procedures.
