HR Recruitment Specialist – Remote

About the role

United Elite Company is looking for a proactive HR Recruitment Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for its growing teams. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with a dynamic HR department and contribute to the company’s talent acquisition goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and coordinating hires.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets by attracting qualified candidates that meet company criteria.
• Source talent through WUZZUF, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Handle personnel documentation, including contracts, onboarding and off‑boarding files.
• Keep accurate HR records, prepare recruitment reports and update candidate scorecards in ClickUp.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Support day‑to‑day HR operations as required.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
• Proven ability to meet recruitment targets.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fluent English with professional written and spoken proficiency.
