Installation Engineer – VRF Systems

About the role

We are seeking a VRF Installation Engineer to lead the installation of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and HVAC systems on the HSR Alamein project. The role involves supervising on‑site works, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring that all installations meet project specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of VRF systems and verify compliance with shop drawings and project specifications.
• Execute VRF installation processes and coordinate daily activities with the site team, contractors, and consultants.
• Participate in site coordination meetings and provide technical solutions to on‑site issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, and preparation of punch lists, ensuring timely closure.
• Estimate material requirements, monitor deliveries, and minimise waste.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and assist in project handover and final documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience with VRF and HVAC installations.
• Proven ability to read and interpret AutoCAD and HVAC drawings.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
