Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Interior Designer to lead concept development for both residential and commercial projects. The role involves translating client requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces while adhering to company standards and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Create mood boards, concept designs, and detailed space‑planning layouts.
• Produce 2D drawings (plans, elevations, sections) and 3D models & renderings as needed.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes.
• Coordinate with technical office, architectural, MEP, and site teams to ensure design feasibility and proper execution.
• Amend and refine designs based on management and client feedback.
• Prepare professional project presentations and design reports.
• Support exterior design work when required to maintain overall project harmony.
• Ensure designs comply with project specifications, codes, and timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction details.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Team‑oriented mindset with attention to detail and creative thinking.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in 3D Max / SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Revit (preferred).
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
