IT Specialist – Manufacturing & Industrial

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to support our manufacturing and industrial operations in Alexandria. The role bridges our head‑office in Sultan Hussein and the factory in Borg El Arab, ensuring seamless digital integration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a Zero‑Trust Architecture to strengthen cybersecurity and resilience.
• Oversee ERP (SAP) and OT integration, ensuring real‑time communication between systems.
• Scale infrastructure to meet growing production demands.
• Negotiate and manage hardware and software vendors to maintain 99.9% system availability.
• Translate complex digital risks into clear business impacts for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience, with at least 1‑2 years in a manufacturing or heavy‑industrial environment.
