Jewellery CAD Drafter

About the role

The Drafter will translate creative jewellery concepts and sketches into precise technical drawings ready for production, ensuring feasibility and high‑quality craftsmanship that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Convert hand sketches and design concepts into accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings, including measurements, stone settings, mechanisms and material specifications.
• Collaborate with designers, model makers and production teams to capture design intent and support troubleshooting during sampling.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, technical data and revisions, ensuring proper version control.
• Review and verify dimensions, proportions and structural feasibility, performing final checks before production release.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience as a CAD drafter in jewellery or luxury accessories.
• Bachelor’s degree in Jewellery Design, Industrial Design or a related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Strong attention to detail, precision and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Rhino, Matrix and Jewel CAD (or similar) software.
• Experience in 3D CAD drawing and CAD development.
• Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes.
