Junior Sales Executive – Training & Education

About the role

Consultify Business Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a leading client in the Training & Education industry, specializing in computer courses and professional training. We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results‑driven Sales Executive to join the team and contribute to business growth through effective customer engagement and sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers and respond to inquiries.
• Explain available computer courses and training programs clearly.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up leads via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Handle objections regarding pricing, content, and schedules.
• Convert leads into registrations and sales.
• Guide customers through registration and payment processes.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales and follow‑up reports.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good time‑management and organizational skills.
• Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Fast learner with ability to explain training products.
• University degree or equivalent preferred.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are welcome.
