Key Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with our major clients in the facility management sector. The role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, retaining strategic accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding and fulfilling their needs.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and technical teams to guarantee timely service delivery.
• Monitor contract performance, gather client feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies and profitability goals.
• Conduct regular account reviews and present metrics to management.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in key account management, preferably within facility management or related services.
• Strong understanding of facility management services and client requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver client‑focused solutions.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
