Key Account Manager – Power tools

About the role

Robert Bosch Egypt is seeking a Key Account Manager for its Power Tools division. Based in Al Matar, you will lead the development and execution of strategic account plans across major e‑commerce platforms and multi‑channel retailers, driving sales, profitability and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies for Amazon, marketplace partners and strategic retail chains.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and promotional activities to optimise commercial terms.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive touch‑point management.
• Transform owned or strategic outlets into profitable business units by driving demand generation and service innovation.
• Build and manage alliances with institutional partners to secure collaboration and funding.
• Enable independent channel partners with co‑marketing support and performance optimisation.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across online and offline channels and coordinate with internal marketing and e‑commerce teams.
• Define, track and analyse KPIs, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and technological advances to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management, preferably within power tools, consumer goods or related industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce and multi‑channel retail environments.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to build long‑term partnerships with both commercial and institutional stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
