Legal Department Manager – Full‑time (Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Department Manager to lead our legal function at WAJJAD’s Cairo office. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure that our technology‑driven B2B platforms operate within local and international legal frameworks while supporting the company’s strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all legal operations, including drafting, reviewing and managing contracts, agreements and regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian, Egyptian and other applicable laws and standards.
• Provide legal advice to internal teams on risk management, corporate governance and business decisions.
• Coordinate with product, finance and operations teams to align legal requirements with business objectives.
• Supervise and develop the internal legal team, fostering collaboration across departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent; Master’s degree or professional legal certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in legal compliance, document preparation and legal consulting, preferably within technology or B2B environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
