About the role
RAYA Auto is seeking a Localization Engineer to support parts localization and manufacturing processes with local suppliers. The role focuses on enhancing local production capabilities and ensuring that components meet quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in parts localization and manufacturing processes at local suppliers.
- Apply basic process engineering principles to improve production efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including regular site visits.
- Lead quality‑assurance activities such as inspections and audits.
- Handle non‑conformance resolution and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Document processes, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills.
