Logistics Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Logistics Engineer to join our team at an early stage of their career. The role involves planning and coordinating shipping schedules, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth customs clearance in line with production plans.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate shipping schedules with exporters according to production timelines.
• Communicate with exporters to resolve shipping‑related issues.
• Follow up on shipments and work with the production team to guarantee accurate arrival times.
• Prepare and submit all required shipping documents for cargo release.
• Handle customs clearance processes for both imported and exported goods.
• Monitor customs clearance KPIs and ensure they are met.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and professional conduct.
• Ability to interact with governmental entities and manage official procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; automotive industry background is a plus.
