Lower Elementary ELA & Grade One Math Teacher

About the role

Rawasy Misr International School is seeking enthusiastic educators for the 2025/2026 academic year to teach Lower Elementary English Language Arts (ELA) and Grade One Mathematics. The successful candidates will join a dynamic, collaborative team dedicated to delivering the American curriculum to young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging ELA or Math lessons aligned with the American curriculum.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a well‑managed, inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support student development.
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development activities.

Required profile

• A relevant educational degree in teaching or a related field.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience with the American curriculum.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude, commitment, and ability to work as part of a team.
