About the role
The Management Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to senior managers, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across the organization. This role combines calendar coordination, document preparation, and office management to keep the team focused on strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Organize meetings, appointments, and events, maintaining well‑coordinated schedules.
- Compose, type, and distribute meeting minutes, routine correspondence, and reports.
- Handle all forms of correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, acting as a liaison between managers and staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain office supplies, manage equipment, and ensure an efficient, well‑organized work environment.
- Maintain databases, update records, and ensure data accuracy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or Administration.
- 3–5 years of proven relevant experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a variety of situations.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Capacity to meet strict deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a commitment to confidentiality.
Required skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
