Management Trainee – Tahseen Hospitality Leadership Program

About the role

The Tahseen program is a 12‑18 month interdisciplinary hospitality leadership development initiative, delivered in partnership with Cornell University. It offers aspiring hospitality professionals the chance to gain hands‑on experience across guest services, operations, and management while contributing to the growth of local talent in Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement accounting tasks, audits, and financial reporting for property operations.
• Analyze operational data, guest feedback, and financial statements to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support property teams in developing and executing operational strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Conduct regular walk‑throughs, monitor maintenance processes, and ensure high standards of guest experience.
• Provide timely reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales & marketing, or related areas, OR
• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
