Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support a fast‑growing US startup. The role is fully remote and focuses on influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and execution of growth strategies, offering valuable international experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard influencers on Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Execute high‑volume outreach and align creators with campaign objectives.
• Manage briefs, scripts, and video assets to ensure timely delivery.
• Track engagement metrics and optimize campaign performance.
• Maintain consistent communication and relationship management with influencers.
• Update databases and compile clear, actionable campaign reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital communications.
• Strong outreach capabilities with a high‑volume sourcing mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
