Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and strategic positioning of our hotel property within the Accor portfolio. The role will drive brand visibility, manage stakeholder relationships and ensure all marketing communications align with the company’s visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies to ensure effective positioning and viability of the property.
• Increase the property’s profile through development of sponsor, stakeholder and patron networks.
• Organise marketing activities and manage relationships with official and private organisations, press and community.
• Ensure all publications and brochures meet high professional standards and follow the visual identity guide.
• Manage advertising to reflect a positive image of the property.
• Develop and manage direct marketing campaigns using surface or electronic mailing means.
• Control the marketing and promotional budget and monitor its implementation.
• Identify yearly strategies and ensure operations follow these plans and contractual agreements.
• Develop a trade‑fair programme, attend fairs and workshops for promotional purposes.
• Monitor meeting‑group operations through sales representatives and assist accounting in collecting agency receivables.
• Provide senior management with monthly activity reports and sales data.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Experience managing budgets and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills to oversee marketing activities, events and publications.
• Capability to analyse market trends and adapt promotional tactics accordingly.
