About the role

DistRict 9 Mall is seeking a motivated Leasing Executive to drive tenant acquisition and manage leasing activities for its retail spaces. The role focuses on attracting new brands, retailers, and food & beverage concepts to enhance the mall’s tenant mix.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential tenants and brands aligned with the mall’s strategy.
• Conduct meetings, site visits, and presentations with prospective clients.
• Negotiate lease terms, prepare proposals, and finalize agreements.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and follow up to ensure conversion.
• Support the overall leasing strategy and contribute to tenant mix planning.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience working with brands, retailers, and F&B concepts is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting leasing targets and building client relationships.
