Mechanical MEP Sales Engineer – Indoor

About the role

Perfect Solutions is looking for a Mechanical MEP Sales Engineer to work within the indoor sales team. The role focuses on preparing technical and commercial offers for fire‑fighting, plumbing and HVAC projects and building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Study project specifications and prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Review BOQs and shop drawings for fire‑fighting, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Communicate with clients by phone, email and in‑office meetings to present solutions and products.
• Prepare price offers and follow up with clients until the deal is closed.
• Coordinate with execution and technical office teams to ensure offers match project capabilities.
• Maintain and update the customer database and perform regular follow‑ups.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in MEP or technical sales, preferably in fire‑fighting, plumbing or HVAC.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, BOQs and shop drawings.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
