Mechanical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead and deliver mechanical engineering projects on‑site in Cairo. The role is full‑time and involves planning, budgeting, execution and coordination of building services and plumbing systems to meet project specifications and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical construction projects from concept to handover.
• Develop project plans, budgets and schedules, monitoring progress against targets.
• Coordinate building services, plumbing and other mechanical systems with design and construction teams.
• Manage procurement processes, negotiate with vendors and control project costs.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders and external contractors to achieve timely delivery.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in mechanical construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record in building services and plumbing implementation.
• Strong background in procurement and budgeting.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and leadership abilities.
