Medical Lead (Physicians only)

About the role

The Medical Lead will coordinate workflow, evaluate complex high‑cost cases and ensure claims handling quality within Allianz Partners' medical division. The role operates in an AI‑driven environment, leveraging data analytics and cloud tools while adhering to strict data governance and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow and meet project deadlines.
• Evaluate high‑cost and complicated medical cases.
• Monitor and improve claims handling quality.
• Implement and follow up on new cost‑containment processes.
• Oversee training and refresher sessions for new joiners.
• Manage scheduling and data reporting activities.
• Utilize AI, machine learning, analytics and cloud‑based tools responsibly.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven project coordination experience.
• Ability to collaborate with all management levels and external clients.
• Capability to train and mentor staff.
• Effective negotiation and presentation skills.
