Medical Representative – Cairo (Heliopolis, Shobra)

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals across Heliopolis, Cairo Center and Shobra. The role focuses on building strong relationships, driving prescriptions and achieving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, increase market share and drive growth for designated products within the assigned geographical area.
• Provide healthcare professionals with up‑to‑date product information, benefits, usage guidelines and any regulatory updates.
• Collect and share market intelligence on competitors, pricing and emerging trends, and feed insights to management.
• Develop and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with key decision‑makers in hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer engagement and market conditions.
• Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Deliver product presentations at meetings, seminars and conferences.
• Plan and optimise the promotional budget to maximise return on investment.
• Update call and customer data daily in the company CRM system.
• Identify new business opportunities and support A&P tactical activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Veterinary Medicine or a related scientific field.
• 0–3 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust with healthcare professionals.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback.
• Problem‑solving and negotiation skills to address client needs and close agreements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM tool for daily call and customer information updates.
