Mid Flutter Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Mid‑level Flutter Developer to enhance and maintain the eYouth mobile applications. You will work closely with backend, product, UI/UX, QA and DevOps teams to deliver high‑quality, performant features for learners, parents, trainers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Flutter mobile applications for eYouth products.
• Build clean, reusable, testable and scalable mobile features.
• Integrate REST APIs using Dio or similar networking tools.
• Implement authentication flows, token handling and secure API communication.
• Set up push notifications and messaging with Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Apply BLoC or comparable state‑management patterns.
• Follow clean‑architecture principles across data, domain and presentation layers.
• Debug, profile and optimise app performance, stability and responsiveness.
• Support localisation, RTL/LTR layouts and responsive UI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and participate in code reviews, release preparation and production issue resolution.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional Flutter development experience.
• Strong Dart programming skills.
• Experience with BLoC (or similar) state management.
• Proven ability to integrate REST APIs and handle authentication tokens.
• Familiarity with clean‑architecture and feature‑based project structure.
• Comfortable working with Git, pull requests and collaborative workflows.
