About the role

Tera, a men’s wholesale clothing store in Nasr City, is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join its retail team. The role focuses on engaging customers inside the store, promoting product ranges, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash/credit payments.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets, including commission‑based goals.
• Collect customer feedback and report market trends to management.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with a passion for fashion.
• Basic numeracy for handling sales transactions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
