Night Shift Medical Scribe (Doctor Support)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Medical Scribe to join our on‑site team in Heliopolis on night shifts. Working directly with physicians, you will capture patient encounters in real time, ensuring accurate and complete clinical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Document patient histories, physical examinations, diagnostic findings and treatment plans during physician encounters.
• Update and maintain electronic health records (EHR) promptly and accurately.
• Review existing medical records and ensure correct use of medical terminology.
• Coordinate with medical staff to clarify physician notes and resolve documentation queries.
• Adhere to confidentiality, privacy and compliance standards such as HIPAA or local equivalents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical scribing or clinical documentation, preferably in a live or remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy.
• Background in medical assisting or related clinical support roles.
• Ability to work consistently during night shifts while maintaining focus and accuracy.
• Relevant healthcare education (e.g., nursing, allied health, life sciences) is preferred.
