Operations Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Operations Assistant to support day‑to‑day e‑commerce and business operations for a fast‑growing fashion e‑commerce brand. The role is fully remote and will work closely with the Founder to ensure smooth coordination across suppliers, logistics partners, and multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily e‑commerce and business operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics, and fulfillment partners.
• Assist with order management, inventory tracking, and related operational processes.
• Handle customer service activities and order‑related escalations.
• Track invoices, payments, and maintain operational documentation.
• Work directly with the Founder on operational priorities and business activities.
• Facilitate cross‑functional coordination across multiple countries.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, e‑commerce, retail, customer support, or supply‑chain coordination.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment and able to work independently.
