Operations Manager – Build & Run a City‑Wide Station Network

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the launch and ongoing management of PowerFAST’s city‑wide power‑bank station network across Greater Cairo. You will be responsible for turning the concept into a fully operational service, coordinating field installations, maintenance and partner relations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations across the station network.
• Manage field teams, logistics, maintenance activities and inventory.
• Monitor station performance, service quality and develop reporting frameworks.
• Design and implement operational processes, KPIs and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with merchants, partners and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of operations experience.
• Strong project‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing field operations and multi‑location networks (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with a valid driving licence.
